2. Book with Ease
- Select your pick-up and drop-off dates.
- Add additional options such as insurance, additional driver, GPS, child seats, etc.
- See the total price and conditions before confirming.
3. Pay Securely
- Pay securely online via credit card or other accepted methods.
- Once the payment is complete, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with all the details of your reservation.
4. Pick Up the Car at the Designated Location
- Go to the agreed upon location on the selected date and time.
- Present the necessary documents (ID, license, and the card with which the payment was made).
- The car is inspected and the rental contract is signed.
5. Enjoy Your Trip
- Travel with the car of your choice, stress-free and with 24/7 roadside support.
- In case of any technical problem, RentKam offers free roadside assistance.
6. Return the Car & Close the Reservation
- Return the car at the agreed upon time at the agreed upon location.
- The final examination of the vehicle's condition is carried out in the presence of the user.
- If everything is in order, the reservation is closed and the final invoice is issued.
